Yin exercise targets the body's connective tissues - including the ligaments, bones, cartilage, and tendons as well as myofascia and three-dimensional web fascia, all major but often ignored components of flexibility, mobility, strength, and structure.

Jordan Adams is passionate about helping people find meaning and value for a healthier, more connected life. As someone who is devoted to a wellness lifestyle, she leads the community of Mansfield towards healthier living through her gentle chiropractic care at Calibration Chiropractic (alongside her husband, Joe Adams), community-based yoga classes, and inspirational writings. She graduated chiropractic school as salutatorian, and she was chosen by her peers and instructors as the recipient of the James W. Parker Award, an award symbolic of her friendship, love of mankind, and compassion to serve. Jordan has been teaching yoga for nearly a decade and has trained under multiple different styles, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and prenatal, with experience in both studio teaching and private classes.
