The Pecan Festival provides an amazing opportunity for exposure for your business and products! Last year, we welcomed more than 11,000 people to the festival.

Booth pricing ranges from $175 to $250 per space, depending on location. Prices for NON-food vendors does not include electricity.

Applications submitted after August 1, 2010 are subject to a $50 late fee, and application submitted after September 15, 2010 are subject to a $100 late fee.

Pricing is as follows for NON-food vendors:

Prime Space - front of park (VERY limited availability)

$250 for a 12 x 12 spot + $50 for electricity

$500 for a double spot + $75 for electricity

Mid-Prime Space - middle of park (limited availability)

$200 for a 12 x 12 spot + $50 for electricity

$400 for a double spot + $75 for electricity

Basic Space - rear of park

$175 for a 10 x 10 spot + $50 for electricity

$300 for a double spot + $75 for electricity

NON-PROFIT Rates:

Basic Spots ONLY at discounted price - $100 for single spot + $50 for electricity; if Mid or Prime space desired, must pay full rate.

Pricing is as follows for FOOD vendors:

$600 for vendor spot, $300 for non-profits
