What is a Leadership program? A leadership program is a course designed to plug local leaders into the city in which they live or work. The knowledge gained from a leadership program is used to build and develop the participant and the community.

In August 2011, Leadership Mansfield will announce the 2011-2012 class. Beginning in September these leaders will attend a series of monthly sessions, each focused on a different area. Topics such as City, County and State Government, Education, Economic Development, Leadership Skills Enhancement, Health Care, Social Services and more will be covered.
